Terms of service

Render→Photo (operated at rendertophoto.com) turns your 3D models into product imagery: studio renders, AI-built scenes, live previews, and video. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for that company.

• Your models. 3D files you upload remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to store them, display them to you, and render them to produce your outputs.
• Your images and videos. You own the outputs you generate, including for commercial use: product pages, ads, packaging, anywhere. We claim no rights over them.
• Custom-built models. If you pay us to source or build a 3D model for you, that model is yours for lifetime use, anywhere. It is not locked to Render→Photo.

• Generation costs are shown before you spend: currently 1 credit for a 3D render and 3 credits for an AI photo. Costs are always displayed in the app.
• Subscription credits refresh monthly and don't roll over. Purchased credit packs don't expire while your account is active.
• Live preview is included free with a daily limit on the Free plan and is unmetered on paid plans, subject to fair use.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Credits aren't refundable once spent on a completed generation. If a generation fails, it isn't charged, and if something goes wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Don't use the service to:

• infringe someone else's intellectual property or upload content you don't have rights to;
• generate deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content, including counterfeit product imagery;
• probe, overload, resell, or abuse the service or its APIs, or circumvent usage limits;
• violate any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

AI-generated scenes are probabilistic: results vary between runs, and occasionally a generation will miss. We build the product so your 3D model stays geometrically accurate, but you should review outputs before publishing them, as with any creative work. We don't guarantee any particular result, ranking, or commercial outcome from using generated imagery.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't warrant uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product evolves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
