Privacy policy

• Account data: your email address and name, via our sign-in provider (Clerk). We never see or store your password.
• Your content: 3D models you upload and the images and videos you generate. Stored so your library works across devices.
• Usage data: credits spent, generations run, plan status, and basic product analytics (pages visited, features used).
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number; we only receive your plan and payment status.
• Diagnostics: error reports (via Sentry) so we can fix crashes and failed generations.

When you generate an image, a render of your 3D model is sent to our rendering infrastructure and to third-party AI image providers to build the scene around your product. These providers process the image to produce your result. We do not permit them to use your content to train their models where the provider offers that control, and we send only what is needed for the specific generation you requested.

We use a small set of infrastructure providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• We don't sell your personal data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't use your models or generated images to train AI models.
• We don't show your content to other users. Your library is private to your account.
• We don't send marketing email unless you opted in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Your models and generations are kept while your account is active so your library keeps working. Delete an item and it's removed from active storage. Delete your account, or email us, and we remove your account data and content from our systems within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (like payment records, which Stripe retains per its own policy).

To request deletion or a copy of your data, email hello@rendertophoto.com from your account email. We'll confirm within a few business days.

We use cookies for sign-in sessions (so you stay logged in) and basic analytics. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
